The counseling sessions are available globally and can be VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON depending on availability.
Any change takes time, commitment, and support. We provide recipes, resources, remedies, etc along with the consults as well as on-going support through email and phone to help you achieve your health goals.
Between 4-6 weeks follow-up sessions can be scheduled, to discuss progress, challenges and changes until you feel empowered to take your HEALTH IN YOUR OWN HANDS.
