"Committing to a lifetime of wellness is not a luxury, it's a necessity. You will never have enough time; you have to make the time"

- Oprah Winfrey

Most people wait for a Wake up call to understand the value of health and to start taking care of our body. We continue to believe that we are healthy as long as there is no ‘real’ diagnosis. Health is not absence of disease but absence of HEALTH might soon lead to disease.

Whether you are looking to achieve your optimal weight, reduce food cravings, balance hormones or suffering from digestive difficulties, food intolerances, a diagnosed illness or simply looking to make healthier choices, increase energy and find balance in your life, we can create a personalized WELLNESS plan to suit your likes, dislikes, limitations and lifestyle.

Holistic Nutrition Counseling is an individualized guided path with a whole body approach to optimizing one’s health and wellbeing. The sessions are geared to create a complete HOLISTIC APPROACH TO WELLNESS by:

Equipping you with the art of listening to your body and its signals

Helping get to the root of your problems

Enhancing your understanding of the relationship between food and our body

Advising effective ways to implement dietary changes

Showing appropriate types and intensity of exercise, stress relief and lifestyle management

The counseling sessions are available globally and can be VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON depending on availability.

Any change takes time, commitment, and support. We provide recipes, resources, remedies, etc along with the consults as well as on-going support through email and phone to help you achieve your health goals.

Between 4-6 weeks follow-up sessions can be scheduled, to discuss progress, challenges and changes until you feel empowered to take your HEALTH IN YOUR OWN HANDS.
