These CULINARY WORKSHOPS are healthy plant-centric classes geared to change your perception that healthy eating has to be tasteless and boring as well as make cooking at home more enjoyable and practical. Our classes are 2.5-3 hours long and cater to cooks of all level.
They are Hands-on, fun, completely Whole Food Plant Based and include Recipe Handouts and Healthy Eating Guidelines.
Please do not forget to wear comfortable footwear, bring your aprons and an enormous appetite for sampling all the delicious food we prepare together.
